Valle Comba

My name is Valle Comba. In 2011 I finished my degree in Fiction Product Design at the Cinematography School of Madrid , and in my last year I discovered my passion for stop motion animation. Since I finished my studies I have had the opportunity to work in several features projects in the art department, like the british- american television show “Snatch”, or films directed by Julio Medem or Alejandro Amenábar. In order to explore and challenge myself, couple of years ago I decided to create and direct my first and own stop motion short film: Uka.

Uka

Uka is a stop motion shortfilm that deals with a little girl who lives in a grey abandoned factory. One day, when she is painting on a canvas, a beam of light past through the window and enables her to see life from a wider. She finds a way of changing how she sees the world”.
